Microsoft retired InfoPath on July 14, 2026. The forms you depend on stopped working, the workflows underneath them lost their foundation, and the work to replace them is bigger than most teams think. This guide is the playbook. If your organization still runs business processes on Microsoft InfoPath, you are out of time. [...]
If you are running InfoPath in 2026, you already know the deadline. July 14, 2026, is the date InfoPath Forms Services were completely removed from SharePoint Online and reaches end of extended support for SharePoint On-premises. New InfoPath forms can no longer be published or updated since May 18, 2026. There is no [...]
If your business runs on SharePoint and Nintex, the pressure is on. Microsoft retired the SharePoint 2013 workflow engine in Microsoft 365 on April 2, 2026, along with the SharePoint Add-In model. Nintex Workflow for Office 365 lost mainstream support back in December 2025. The next big date is July 14, 2026, when [...]
If you are evaluating Nintex Automation Cloud against alternatives, the first question is rarely about features. It is about cost. And not the sticker price, but what you actually end up paying twelve months in, after the workflow execution counters tick over and the document generation overages kick in. This [...]
Nintex is already gone. Your forms and workflows just don't know it yet. Nintex on-premises hit end of life in December 2025. SharePoint 2013 retired on April 2, 2026. The next domino, and the one that finally breaks things for most Nintex SharePoint customers, falls on July 14, 2026, when Microsoft ends support [...]
Most organizations running Nintex on-premise workflows assume the next stop is Nintex Automation Cloud. The migration tooling points there. The vendor messaging points there. Here's the part that gets missed: Nintex itself doesn't actually recommend that path for everyone. On its own end-of-support page, Nintex routes a specific class of on-premise customers toward [...]
If you are reading this, your renewal quote probably arrived with a number that surprised you. Or your SharePoint admin just flagged that Nintex on-premises support is winding down. Or you are knee-deep in a "modernize SharePoint" project and starting to wonder why a workflow tool needs three different price [...]
If your team still runs Nintex on SharePoint, the migration question is no longer if. It is how, and how fast. Nintex Workflow for Office 365 lost vendor support on December 31, 2025. The SharePoint Add-In model and the SharePoint 2013 workflow engine retired on April 2, 2026, and Nintex [...]
Your Nintex renewal is on the calendar. The roadmap has moved, the workflows haven't, and someone in the room has already typed "Nintex alternative" into Google. Two names keep coming back. Power Automate is the workflow automation product inside your Microsoft 365 tenant. And NITRO Studio, a no-code [...]
Updated August 2026 Two Nintex products. Two deadlines. One pillar guide. If your organization runs automated workflows on Nintex for Office 365 or Nintex for SharePoint, 2026 was the year both products reached end of life.
