Crow Canyon’s Reports, Dashboards, & Charts App includes the following features:

Report Center – an Add-in that can be placed on any SharePoint page that shows all reports in an easy to use interface. Easily switch from one report to another. The reports can be printed from the Report Center.


Report Manager – an Add-in where you can create, preview, edit, and delete reports. The Add-in allows you to set what the data source for the report is and how the data is displayed (chart, table, or both). Chart types include line, column, bar, pie, area, or funnel. The report creation screen allows you to select exactly what columns should show on the X and Y axes and what values to use. The Report Manager lets you select the template for the report along with whether to display it in the Report Center or not.


Manage Templates – allows you to create templates for reports. You have options to set the size, color, captions, layout, and other aspects of the report’s appearance. The templates can be used for any number of reports.


Dashboards – create pages with charts and tables embedded in them tailored for particular audiences, such as managers, staff, department heads, and clients. Choose any number of reports and how they are displayed. Create multiple dashboards as needed.


Update – You can also print the report or save it as a pdf or image

The Crow Canyon Reports, Dashboards, & Charts Addin for Office 365 is downloaded from the Office Store and installed in a SharePoint Online site in your Office 365 tenancy. It comes with a 30-day free trial. You can purchase a subscription from within the app itself. The cost is $29.99 per month per Site on a recurring, pre-paid basis.

NOTE: The subscription is per Site, not Tenancy-wide. If you have multiple Sites where you wish to use the Reports Add-in, a subscription is needed for each Site.
