Security Policy & Compliance
Crow Canyon understands the critical nature of security and compliance and has developed a policy that ensures the safety of all transactions that take place in the Crow Canyon cloud environment. Intrusion Detection
Azure App Services provide a comprehensive system of intrusion detection and prevention that constantly monitors all traffic for patterns of suspicious activity.
Annual Pen Test Certification
A Penetration Test, also known as a “Pen Test”, is a simulated cyber attack against our applications to check for exploitable vulnerabilities. A security engineer looks for security vulnerabilities in the application and if any are found, helps fix them before attackers get wind of these issues and exploit them.
We subject our applications to Pen Tests annually to ensure our applications are secure on all levels. Security is a critical aspect of our work – you deserve applications that meet security standards.
Sharing
We do not share any information collected with any outside companies and/or individuals for any purpose. Leverage security in Microsoft 365 & Teams.
Your Microsoft 365 environment is certified in SOC 2, SOC 3, ISO 27001:2013, and FedRAMP.
System and Organization Controls (SOC) 2 & 3 provides assurances that there are controls in place that protect your data.
ISO 27001:2013 is a well-known set of international standards relating to the secure management of information, particularly in a cloud-based environment.
Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) provides a U.S. government-wide standard approach for assessing, authorizing and continuously monitoring cloud-based products and services.
Your data is in your Office 365 tenant or SharePoint farm.
Since all of your data is stored within your Office 365 tenancy (or SharePoint on-premises farm), it is subject to the same security criteria as the rest of your tenancy (or farm).
In Office 365, NITRO Studio is installed in your App Catalog in Tenant.
In SharePoint 2013/2016/2019/SE, NITRO Studio is installed in your Farm.
All of your data is stored within your Microsoft Office 365 tenancy (or SharePoint 2013/2016/2019 farm).
In Office 365, we have services on Azure that will read and process information from your site, but no information is stored on our Azure servers. Crow Canyon has SSL encryption on Azure to meet compliance standards. We can provide more detailed security information upon request.
