SharePoint Pricing and Purchase

Crow Canyon’s SharePoint Pricing of applications is by the number of “Service Areas” and the number of “Named Seats”:

  • “Service Areas” are departments such as IT, Facilities, HR or Customer Service that need to track requests.
  • “Named Seats” are staff in those departments who will be assigning tickets, working on tickets, or running reports on ticket activity. There is no charge for users who submit tickets only.

We also offer unlimited Named Seats and Enterprise SharePoint pricing options. You can contact our sales team at sales@CrowCanyon.com for a price quote for your specific configuration. Our applications can be purchased by clicking here and entering the total amount of the purchase transaction. We can also send out Quotes and Invoices.

ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION LICENSE

Crow Canyon’s SharePoint applications are sold on an annual subscription basis. The annual subscription provides a license to use the product during the subscription period. The prices below are for the initial purchase and a one-year subscription.

The subscription includes our Standard Support – all technical support and fixes for the application, as well as upgrades. We also offer an Enterprise Support package with 24×7 support, emergency phone numbers, higher priority in the support queue, and a development server license. The Enterprise Support can be added to the initial purchase for an additional, pro-rated cost.

After one year, the annual subscription fee, which includes Standard Support, is 22% of the retail price for the license in use at the time of renewal (minimum annual subscription fee is $599). Enterprise Support is 30% of the licenses (minimum $1,999). Contact sales@crowcanyon.com for details and pricing on Enterprise Support.

The software subscription is good for one site collection installation in one Microsoft SharePoint Server farm. The license is provided when the program is installed. All prices in US $. There are no taxes or shipping charges.

  • Access to online Manuals, Tutorials, Video Library, User Guides, and other resources at our web site for both administrators and users.

The above is for our Standard Support, which is included with the purchase.

The Annual License does not include custom development work, integration with other programs, extension of the program, upgrades to newer versions of SharePoint Server, or training of end users or staff. These are available as packages for an additional cost (see below).
