CCS HelpDesk 4.0 Annual Support Contracts

Get the benefits of our great support for one year! We offer Basic and Premium Annual Support Contracts. These Support Contracts are optional, but recommended. For all contracts, the one-year period starts after the 30-day "free support" period ends.

Basic Annual Support Contract: 20% of the list price ($199 minimum)
  • 4 support incidents
  • Email support with response within one business day
  • Updates and minor releases(4.0>>4.1) for the version you purchased
Premium Annual Support Contract: 30% of the list price ($399 minimum)
  • 8 support incidents
  • "Top of the queue" priority on support calls
  • Email support with response within one business day
  • All updates and version upgrades for the product you purchased.

Outlook Help Desk Standard Annual Support Contracts

We offer Basic, Basic Plus, and Premium Annual Support Contracts. For all contracts, the one-year period starts after the 30-day "initial support" period ends.

For Small Business level licenses (up to 100 users), support contracts are recommended but not required. Premium contracts at the Small Business level are $399.

For Mid-sized level licenses (101 - 500 users), one of the support contract is required, whether Basic, Basic Plus, or Premium. Premium contracts at the Mid-sized level are $499.

For Enterprise level licenses (over 500 users), either a Basic Plus or Premium support contract is required. Premium contracts at the Enterprise level are $599 for 501 - 1,000 users and $699 for over 1,000 users.
