Summary: This component is used to install CCS Service Request 5.0 web pages. These pages enable the users of the program to access the program over the web and provide a seamless web experience.

Standard or PRO version: The program license will determine if these web pages operate in Standard mode (users can create and view tickets) or in PRO/enhanced mode (users can create and view tickets plus staff can assign, modify, and complete tickets).

Requirements: Will work with Exchange 2000, 2003, and 2007. Since Exchange 2007 runs on a 64-bit server and the pages need to be on a 32-bit server, the pages must be installed on another 32-bit IIS web server in the same domain. These pages will NOT work with Exchange 2010.

Steps to install the web pages:

1.     Copy the CCS Service Request optional component setup on any 32-bit OS machine having IIS web server under any system folder, preferably a new folder e.g. d:\CCSSROptionalComponent. This can be the Exchange Server if it is a 32-bit server (note that Exchange 2007 requires 64-bit, so the web pages cannot be installed on that Exchange Server, but can be installed on a 32-bit web server in the same domain)
