Upgrade Utility

The Upgrade Utility is used to upgrade the following earlier versions to CCS Service Request 5.0:

• Outlook Help Desk 3.x
• CCS HelpDesk 4.x
• CCS Service Request 4.x

If you are on one of those earlier versions and are looking to upgrade, please refer to the Upgrade Manual.

The Upgrade Utility does not manage incremental upgrades within CCS Service Request 5.0, such as to 5.0.1, or 5.1, etc. The Upgrade Utility is only for upgrading from the 3.x and 4.x versions listed above to 5.x.

If you are not using one of those versions and therefore have no need to upgrade from them, you can delete the Upgrade Utility folder.
