CCS Service Request 5.0
Business Administrator Setup
Summary: This component is
used to automate workflows by using the CCS Rule Engine. It also is used to
schedule exporting of ticket to database servers like MS Access and SQL Server.
It needs to be installed on the backend Exchange Server. Below are the steps to
install:
1.
Copy
the CCS Service Request optional component setup to any folder on your Exchange
Server, preferably a new folder, e.g. d:\CCSSROptionalComponent
2.
Run
the setup program. It will show the below image. To Run CCS Service Request 5.0
Business Administrator setup, click
on Business
Administrator.

3.
Welcome Page opens as shown in
below image. Click on the next button to continue.

4.
License Agreement
page
will open as shown in below image. Select “I
Agree” radio button and click next to continue.

5.
Select Installation
Folder page
will open as shown in below image. Please provide the folder location where you
want to install the Business Administrator. Then click next to continue.

6. Configuration Parameter page
will open as shown in below image. This page has two input boxes. First one is
for Service Request folder path and second is for email domain name. Provide
the details and click next to continue.

7.
User account and
permission page
will open as shown in below image. Enter the domain qualified username
(domain\username). The user should have editor or above permission on Service
Request folder and all its sub folders and should be a member of the Local
Administrators group. Enter Password and Confirm password. Click next to
continue.

8. Confirmation page
will open as shown in below. Click next to continue.

9. Progress page
will open as shown in below image.

10. After
processing done, Installation Complete
page will come up as shown in below image. Click on Close button to finish
the setup. CCS Service Request Business Administrator has been successfully
installed.
