Annual Support Contracts

We offer Basic, Basic Plus, and Premium Annual Support Contracts. For all contracts, the one-year period starts after the 30-day "initial support" period ends.

For Small Business level licenses ( 0 - 100 users), support contracts are recommended but not required. Premium contracts at the Small Business level are $399.

For Mid-sized level licenses (101 - 500 users), one of the support contract is required, whether Basic, Basic Plus, or Premium. Premium contracts at the Mid-sized level are $499.

For Enterprise level licenses (over 500 users), either a Basic Plus or Premium support contract is required. Premium contracts at the Enterprise level are $599 for 501 - 1,000 users and $699 for over 1,000 users.

Premium Annual Support Contract: Price depends on license level as follows:

Small Business: $399; Mid-Sized: $499; Enterprise up to 1,000 users: $599; Enterprise over 1,000: $699

  • All upgrades and new releases for 1 year
