Software License Details

The Software License is good for one installation in Microsoft Exchange Server Public Folders. Since one set of public folders can be replicated to multiple servers, the License is not dependent on how many Exchange servers you have.

"Named Seats" refers to the number of Help Desk or Customer Service staff who will be using CCS  HelpDesk to assign, modify, run reports, and create knowledge base articles. People who only create and view tickets do not need a seat.

The Lite base price of $295 comes with 1Seat; each additional Seat is $100.

The Standard base price of $495 comes with 2 Seats; each additional Seat is $150.
