Software License Details

The Software License is good for one installation in Microsoft Exchange Server Public Folders. "Named Seats" refers to the number of staff who will be using CCS  HelpDesk or CCS Service Request to assign, modify, run reports, and create knowledge base articles. People who only create and view tickets do not need a seat.

CCS HelpDesk 4.x

Lite base price of $295, includes 1Seat; each add'l Seat is $100.

Standard base price of $495, includes 2 Seats; each add'l Seat is $150.

Pro base price of $795, includes 2 Seats; each add'l Seat is $200.

CCS Service Request 4.x

Base price for first Service Area is $795, includes 2 Seats. Each add'l Service Area is $495, includes 1 seat. Add'l seats in any of the service areas are $150 each.
