Software License Details

The Software License is good for one installation in Microsoft Exchange Server Public Folders. Since one set of public folders can be replicated to multiple servers, the License is not dependent on how many Exchange servers you have.

For the Standard edition, "users" refers to the number of Exchange users at your organization.

For the Service Provider edition, "seats" refers to the number of Help Desk or Customer Service staff who will be using Outlook Help Desk. People who only read tickets or run reports on tickets do not need a seat, but anyone who creates or modifies a ticket needs a seat. The Service Provider base price of $495 comes with 3 seats.
