Basic Annual Support Contract: 20% of the list price ($199 minimum)
 
  • 4 support incidents
  • Response within one business day
  • Updates and fixes within the minor version you purchased (for example, 4.1.1 to 4.1.2)

(Note: if 20% of list price exceeds $199, an extra incident is included for each $100 increment above $199).

Premium Annual Support Contract: 25% of the list price ($499 minimum)
 
  • Unlimited support incidents
  • "Top of the queue" priority on support incidents
  • Response within one business day
  • Inside news on coming releases and upgrades
  • Tips for using the program
  • All updates and version upgrades for the product you purchased.
Multi-year Premium Contracts now available. Pricing as follows:
  • 1 year: full-price
  • 2 year: 20% discount ($399/yr and up)
  • 3 year: 25% discount ($374/yr and up)
