Support Service Offerings

We offer an Installation, Upgrade, and Configuration Assistance Package. These packages are perfect for the customer who wants hands-on assistance that goes beyond support for the product. The Assistance Package is optional, but recommended. We use Remote Sessions to provide this assistance. 

 CCS Service Request Setup Assistance Package - $199    

• Installation of CCS Service Request 
• Configuration of CCS Service Request --setting proper permissions in the folders, inputting licenses and adding named seats, setting up the Utilities and Notifications
• Client Installation planning 

CCS Service Request Upgrade Assistance Package - $199 for two Service Areas. Additional Service Areas are $50 each.

• Installation of CCS Service Request new version 
• Upgrade of CCS Service Request -- Tickets, Settings and Configuration
• Client upgrade planning

CCS Service Request Staff Training Session (remote online) - $249    

• Targeted toward Service Department staff  
• Review setup of workflow, notifications and templates
• Train on how to assign and fulfill service requests using the application.
