SERVICE PROVIDER EDITION

"Seats" refers to the number of Help Desk, Call Center, or Customer Service staff who will be using Outlook Help Desk. People who only read tickets or run reports on tickets do not need a seat, but anyone who creates or modifies a ticket needs a seat.

The Software License is good for one installation in Microsoft Exchange Server Public Folders. Since one set of public folders can be replicated to multiple servers, the License is not dependent on how many Exchange servers you have.

Support and Maintenance
The above fees include phone and email support for first 30 days after purchase. After the initial 30-day period, phone support calls are $75/incident. Also, after the initial 30-day period, emails are actively answered, but response time is not guaranteed. The fees also include any maintenance releases, fixes or service packs for the version you purchase.

Annual Support Contracts
Get the benefits of our great support for one year! We offer Basic and Extended Annual Support Contracts. These Support Contracts are optional, but recommended. For all contracts, the one-year period starts after the initial 30-day "initial support" period ends:

  • 8 support calls
  • Email support with guaranteed response within one day
Premium:  Price $499
  • 16 phone support calls
  • "Top of the queue" priority on support calls

Customization of Outlook Help Desk

  • $100 flat fee for color changes, addition of a corporate logo and changes to the titles or boxes.
