Software License Details

The Software License is good for one installation in Microsoft Exchange Server Public Folders. Since one set of public folders can be replicated to multiple servers, the License is not dependent on how many Exchange servers you have.

"Named Seats" refers to the number of staff members who will be using CCS Service Request  to assign and modify tickets, run reports, and create knowledge base articles. People who only create and view tickets do not need a seat.

The Lite base price of $495 comes with 1 Service Area with 2 Seats; each additional Service Area is $395 and comes with 1 Seat. Each Additional Seat is $100.

The Standard base price of $695 comes with 1 Service Area with 2 Seats; each additional Service Area is $495 and comes with 1 Seat. Each Additional Seat is $150.

The Pro base price of $895 comes with 1 Service Area with 2 Seats; each additional Service Area is $595 and comes with 1 Seat. Each Additional Seat is $200.
