CCS HelpDesk 4.2 is available December 15th.  Included is a new Field Manager utility which allows you to include/exclude fields in forms, a ticket export utility and many other improvements.    Since 3.x we have added more than 50 new features in our Help Desk application!

    Sunset of Outlook Help Desk 

Outlook HelpDesk versions 3.x and 2.x are now 3-7 years old and will be no longer supported after July 2009.  This is in coordination with Microsoft's support policy timeframes for Exchange, Outlook and Office.
We encourage customers to take advantage of our upgrade promotion and move to our new releases.  It is easier than you think!
