CCS HelpDesk Personal, run in  your personal mailbox

For those sites without Exchange or Public Folders, we announce the availability of CCS HelpDesk Personal.  Specifically for the small IT shop or service business, this edition allows you to install the Help Desk folder in your personal mailbox and it provides the full features in Outlook forms  of our standard version all for $195.  Note, this is a single IT technician  version.    Read more>>>

Alert! Outlook Help Desk 3.x no longer supported - July 2009 

Outlook HelpDesk versions 3.x and 2.x are now 3-7 years old and will be no longer supported after July 2009 . This is in coordination with Microsoft's support policy time frames for Exchange, Outlook and Office. What this means is that while we will take support calls to assist customers, we can no longer make any development changes to the product.
We encourage customers to take advantage of our upgrade offers and bring your version current. It is easier than you think!

Exchange 2010 includes Public Folders

Even though there has been lots of uncertainty around the immediate future of Public Folders, with the release of Exchange 2010, it is clear they are still around.  Public folders are still available in the latest version of Exchange.  As the famous quote states "the rumours of their immanent demise is greatly exaggerated"
