The upgrade is a simple process explained in the User Manual (see the "Upgrading from Previous Version" section). We now include a completely overhauled Upgrade Utility that makes it much easier to upgrade!

For Customers with the standard, uncustomized edition of Outlook Help Desk, the upgrade is $99. For Customers with a custom version of Outlook Help Desk, the upgrade is $199. We will make the same customizations on the 3.0 version.
