The License is good for one installation in Microsoft Exchange Server Public Folders. Since one set of public folders can be replicated to multiple servers, the License is not dependent on how many Exchange servers you have.

Support and Maintenance
The license fees include phone and email support for 30 days. After the initial 30-day period, phone support calls are $75/incident. Also, after the initial 30-day period, emails are actively answered, but response time is not guaranteed. The fees also include any maintenance releases, fixes and service packs for the version you purchase.

Annual Support Contracts
Get the benefits of our great support for one year! We offer Basic, Extended, and Premium Annual Support Contracts. For all contracts, the one-year period starts after the 30-day "initial support" period ends:

Basic:  Price $199
  • 4 phone support calls
  • Email support with guaranteed response within one day
Extended:  Price $299
  • 8 phone support calls within 1 year
  • Email support with guaranteed response within one day
Premium:  Price depends on license level. See chart above.
  • 12 phone support calls
  • "Top of the queue" priority on support calls

  • All upgrades and new releases for 1 year

Upgrading from previous version of Outlook Help Desk

  • For Customers with the standard, uncustomized version of Outlook Help Desk, the upgrade is $99.
  • For Customers with a custom version of Outlook Help Desk, the upgrade is $199. We will make the same customizations on the 3.0 version.
