Multi-year Premium Support Contract Discounts Available

Many of you have asked if you can purchase multi-year support contracts (especially if you have year-end budget money). So we have implemented a multi-year contract option which can provide substantial discounts.

  • 2 year: 20% discount ($399/yr and up) 
  • 3 year: 25% discount ($374/yr and up) 
  • 5 year: 33% discount ($333/yr and up)

Expanded Support Features and Upgrade Services Available            

Our goal is to make sure all of our customers realize the full benefits that our products can provide.  Therefore, we are extending our Premium Support plan to cover unlimited incidents, rather than just 8 previously.  Also, with the new 5.0 version and the SharePoint product coming, we want to ensure a smooth transition for our customers going forward,  by offering the following services:

  • Upgrade Assistance     $249  
  • Administrator training   $199  
  • End-user training         $199  

All services are delivered remotely online and the training can have as many participants as needed.  Contact sales to order.

Additionally, with our Share Point  product we will launch our SharePoint based customer community site!  Stay tuned...

Version 5.0 and SharePoint                  Release  Update                                     

CCS HelpDesk and Service Request for Sharepoint is in internal testing. We are targeting beta for early December. Those of you who have requested to participate will be contacted soon with details.

Also Version 5.0 of the Outlook based products will be available for beta in early December. We are looking for beta sites for the new release as well. See a preview of 5.0 here.
