CCS Service Request licensing is a permanent software license. Pricing is based number of Service Areas and on "named user" or "seats". Service Areas are departments such as IT, Facilities or HR who are using the application to track requests. "Seats" are staff in those departments who will be assigning tickets, and those who will be assigned tickets to work on, and management who will review and report on activity.

The Software license is good for one installation in Microsoft Exchange Server Public Folders. Since one set of public folders can be replicated to multiple servers, the license is not dependent on how many Exchange servers you have.

Support and Maintenance
The above fees include phone and email support for the first 30 days after purchase and any maintenance releases and bug fixes for the version you purchase.
After the initial 30-day period, phone support calls are $95/incident. Also, after the initial 30 days, emails are actively answered, but response time is not guaranteed.
Annual Support Contracts
Get the benefits of our great support for one year! We offer Basic and Premium Annual Support Contracts. These Support Contracts are optional, but recommended. For all contracts, the one-year period starts after the initial 30-day "free support" period ends:
Basic: 20% of list price ($199 minimum) .

- Updates and minor releases(4.0>>4.1) for the version you purchased
Premium: 30% of list price ($299 minimum)
- 8 phone support calls
- "Top of the queue" priority on support calls
