CCS Service Request and Customer Service Pricing

CCS Service Request and CCS Customer Service licensing is a permanent software license. Pricing is based number of Service Areas and on the number of Named Seats per Service Area.

Service Areas are departments such as IT, Facilities or HR that need to track requests -- in other words, a set of Public Folders (or Shared Mailbox Folders) with its own ticket queues, permissions, and settings that resides within the Service Request system.

Named Seats are staff in those departments who will be assigning tickets, working on tickets, or running reports on ticket activity.

The Software license is good for one installation in Microsoft Exchange Server Public Folders or a Shared Mailbox. The license is sent by email to the address specified when purchasing. All prices in US $. There are no taxes or shipping charges. Use this link to convert prices to your currency.

Support and Maintenance

Annual Support Contracts

We offer Basic and Premium Annual Support Contracts for all our products. For details and pricing on Annual Support Contracts, see this page.

The license fees for our Service Request products include support for 30 days after purchase. After the initial 30-day period, support is $125/incident unless you have an Annual Support Contract.

The license fees include maintenance releases and bug fixes for the version you purchase, but not upgrades to new releases. Our Annual Support Contracts are an easy way to ensure that you continue to receive updates, upgrades, and support.
